1. Home delivery
Standard delivery
- Price : €4.90
- Your package is delivered directly to your mailbox using a tracked shipment to allow you to follow its progress at each stage.
Express delivery (Colissimo)
- Price : €6.90
- With the Colissimo option, receive your order even faster, always with detailed tracking.
2. Delivery to a relay point
World Relay
- Price : €4.90
- Practical and flexible, have your order delivered to the relay point of your choice to collect it at your convenience.
Careful and secure packaging
We pay particular attention to the packaging of your jewelry:
- Pouch or case : Each piece of jewelry is carefully placed in an elegant pouch or refined case, perfect for giving or storing your treasures.
- Reinforced protection : Your order is shipped in a reinforced/bubble envelope or in a small sturdy cardboard box, adapted to the contents to avoid any risk of damage.
The choice of packaging (letter or cardboard) is optimized according to the size and weight of your order.
Monitoring and guarantees
- Traceability : All our shipments include a tracking number, regardless of the delivery method chosen. You will be able to follow your order until it is received.
- Fast and reliable delivery : We ship your orders within 1 to 2 working days after validation. Transport times then vary depending on the delivery method selected.

At Les Radieuses , we do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy your jewelry. But if an item doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry: here's everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges policy.
1. Exchanges and returns
- Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Conditions: Jewelry must be unworn , in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging (pouch or box). Any item returned without its original packaging or visibly worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a defect.
2. Procedure for a return or exchange
- Step 1: Contact our customer service via the contact form or at contact@les-radieuses.com . Specify your order number and the reason for your request.
- Step 2: Once validated, you will receive instructions to return your order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Step 3: Upon receipt and verification of the jewel, we will proceed to reimburse the bank card used for the purchase or send the requested exchange.
3. Jewelry damaged during shipping
If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package, including:
- A photo of the damaged jewelry and its packaging.
- Your order number.
We undertake to replace the damaged jewel within 5 working days , at no additional cost, and to send you a new tracking number by email.
4. Non-receipt of a package indicated as delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, here's what to do:
- Contact us to report the incident.
- You will need to complete a sworn statement of non-receipt .
- Once the certificate is validated, we will send a new package free of charge.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
- Conditions: The jewel must be unworn, intact and returned in its original packaging . In the absence of its pouch or box, the refund cannot be made.
- Refunds: Refunds are made to the credit card used for purchase, excluding shipping and return costs.
6. Jewelry purchased with a discount code
If you used a discount code, the refund or credit will take into account the amount actually paid after applying this code.
7. Exchanges and replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges on returned products. If you would like another model or size, we invite you to place a new order online.
8. Cancellation of order
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us within one hour at contact@les-radieuses.com with your full name and order number. We may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
9. Extended returns for the end-of-year holidays
For all orders placed in December, we are extending the returns period until January 10th .
