All our jewelry is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, a material that does not blacken, is resistant and durable. Our collections include gold and silver finishes, chosen for their elegance and longevity.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, our stainless steel jewelry is hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin and reduces the risk of allergies. It does not contain nickel or lead, in accordance with European standards.
Will the jewelry tarnish or change color over time?
Thanks to the high quality of stainless steel, our jewelry retains its color and shine for a long time. It is resistant to water and daily contact, but for optimal durability, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with chemicals.
Are the jewelry adjustable?
Yes, the majority of our jewelry is adjustable (see each jewelry description for more details).
Where do your jewelry come from?
Our jewelry is designed and manufactured by French and European suppliers that we rigorously select for their know-how and the quality of their production. This guarantees aesthetic and durable products.
How do I care for my stainless steel jewelry?
To maintain their shine, clean them with a soft, dry cloth. You can also rinse them with warm, soapy water from time to time. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals to maximize their lifespan.
Is your jewelry suitable for everyday wear?

Can I customize the jewelry?
Our jewelry is carefully selected for its unique design, but we do not offer customization. However, each piece is chosen for its quality and timeless charm.
Is your jewelry guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee the quality of our jewelry. If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can contact us for an exchange or refund within 14 days. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use or lack of maintenance.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as via PayPal. These options are secured to ensure a reliable and confidential transaction.

When will my order be prepared?
We carefully prepare your order within 48 hours after validation of your payment. Orders placed after 6 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to see if a change is still possible. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.
How do I know if my order has been validated?
After each order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the items ordered. If you do not receive anything within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service via the contact form .
What should I do if I have difficulty paying online?
If you encounter any problems during payment, first check the validity of your payment method and make sure it is authorized for online transactions. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We process your orders with care within 48 hours after their validation. Orders placed after 6 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Where do your orders come from?
All our orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop located in Bordeaux, France. We make it a point of honor to ensure fast shipping so that your jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Don't worry! Our packages are designed to fit in a standard mailbox. We use reinforced envelopes or small cardboard packaging to protect your jewelry while ensuring a compact format. If you prefer, you also have the option of choosing delivery to a relay point when ordering.
Can I choose express delivery?
Yes, we offer an express delivery option to allow you to receive your jewelry even faster. Delivery times and rates are available when finalizing your order, and you will be able to choose the option that suits you best.
What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible from our contact form to update your address. Once the package has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify the delivery information. We advise you to carefully check your address before finalizing the order.
Can the deadlines vary?
During certain periods of the year, such as holidays, special offers or sales periods, delivery times may be extended. We will keep you informed in the event of exceptional delays and recommend that you anticipate your orders during these periods.

Can I exchange a piece of jewelry after my purchase?
We offer you a "delighted or your money back" guarantee.
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, simply fill out our contact form specifying the details of your order and we will guide you through the exchange.
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the item in full as soon as it arrives with us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition - therefore never worn - and the return postage must be paid by you. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, contact our customer service within 5 working days via our contact form , specifying your order number. A photo of the damaged product will be requested. If your request is validated, we will send you a new piece of jewelry within 5 working days.
What should I do if I haven't received my package even though the tracking says "delivered"?
If the tracking indicates 'delivered to mailbox' but you have not received anything, you will need to complete a sworn statement of non-receipt of the package. We will then proceed with a resend (depending on available stocks) or a full refund.
What jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges?
Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with packaging and unworn to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Items damaged by misuse will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
Free or discounted jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to receive my exchanged or refunded jewelry?
Once your return is validated, we will ship the new item within 5 working days. For refunds, the amount will be credited to your payment method within 10 working days after validation of your return.
